I have been so tired at work lately it is absolutely insane!
Second, keep water with you at all times. when i start to doze i take a drink
Third, snack all afternoon. If you wait for your lunch break it is going to kill you
And Fourth, when your lunch break comes, work through it and snack, you get to leave an hour early and you may have a chance to take a nap before everyone wakes up.
But as much as i complain i wouldn't change the way things are for anything in the world, I'm enjoying my life right now more than i ever have. I've made so many amazing friends i cant even begin to explain how much they all mean to me so i guess i'll just suck it up, take my vitamins, drink my water, and keep enjoying life : ]
The reason for this is because i have been staying up far too late on the weeknights. But basically none of my friends have jobs (bums) and the very few that do have little to no hours and weird shifts.
So they've all been staying up literally all night every night, it makes me so angry because i stay up as late as i can with them, and i'd like to stay up all night but i usually make the decision to go to sleep by 4 am at the very latest.
It still sucks because 3 and a half hours of sleep is pretty much a nap, so then i get up for work, everyone is still awake but looking extremely tired and then while i'm here at work everyone is sleeping in the afternoon, then by the time i get off they're awake and ready to go so i don't get anymore sleep. So I've discovered a few methods for a successful day at work after a late night and an early morning.
